Intelligently designed and brimming with high-specification features to help your plants prosper, the 6' x 14' Palram Canopia Hybrid Large Silver Polycarbonate Greenhouse (1.85m x 4.26m) is spacious, easy-to-assemble and built to last. A High-Spec Greenhouse Utilising the very latest Fine Shield Technology™, this 6 x 14 greenhouse is expertly constructed from 4mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels and 0.7mm crystal-clear polycarbonate side panels, supported by a rust-resistant aluminium frame and galvanised steel perimeter base.
The light-diffusing roof panels promote an even temperature by increasing thermal insulation and reducing extreme sunlight exposure. Both roof and side panels are completely UV-protected and shatterproof, and together they allow 82% light transmission. This means your plants will enjoy optimum growing conditions, you will be protected from harmful UV rays, and the panels will neither discolour nor fade in the sun.
Snow-load tested to 75kg/m² (15.4lbs/ft²), wind resistant to 90km/hr (56ml/hr), and with an apex roof which facilitates efficient rainwater runoff, this high-specification greenhouse will help your plants thrive, whatever nature throws at it. Single Door, Roof Vent and Guttering System You can gain easy access to your plants through a single door, which can be fitted with a left- or right-hand opening to suit the orientation of your garden.
It includes a magnetic catch and padlock fixing (padlock not included), so rest assured that your valuable tools and invaluable plants will always be secure. The greenhouse frame features an integral guttering system, offering you a free and sustainable supply of water for your plants, while two manually opened roof vents help you regulate the temperature inside the greenhouse.
A Smooth Assembly Process Backed by a reassuring 5-year limited warranty, this polycarbonate greenhouse is completely maintenance free, saving you money and leaving you more time to nurture your plants. The high-impact polycarbonate panels are pre-cut and have uniform profiles, so all you need to do is slide them into place for a straightforward assembly process.
Please be advised that this polycarbonate and aluminium greenhouse is designed without a floor and that you should fix it to a solid, level base. Palram Canopia Greenhouse Range You can purchase a greenhouse, with the same premium specifications, in a range of sizes and with a green, grey or silver frame.
For even more effective temperature control, a portable fan greenhouse heater with digital thermostat is available for you to buy as an optional extra.
