 Description du produit

The Endura Hummvee Plus MIPS Helmet is a versatile and practical helmet suitable for any cycling adventure, whether it's off-road mountain biking or commuting in the city. The helmet is designed to provide comfort and an extra level of head protection in case of an accident. The in-mould construction is at the heart of this engineered protection solution, with a shock-absorbing foam core that soaks up and dissipates forces that could otherwise cause a head injury. The tough and durable shell provides protection against knocks and bumps, boosting durability and adding extra structural integrity in case of a fall.

The helmet features the MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology, designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. The MIPS system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head, which is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the MIPS system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.

The helmet is equipped with a micro-adjust cradle system that ensures a secure and comfortable fit. With a quick twist of the rear dial, you can get just the right fit for your head and ensure a stable fit in the event of a crash. The soft-touch pads inside the helmet add to your overall comfort levels, drawing moisture off your head as you pedal and build up a sweat, preventing the sting of sweat in the eyes. They're removable too, letting you wash and freshen them up for long-term comfort.

The helmet features large air vents that let cool air rush inside and draw warm damp air through and out of the rear exhaust vents. As you build up a sweat, this will ensure you remain cool and comfortable during your ride. The visor is removable and adjustable, offering a wide range of movement, and the helmet is covered by the Endura Crash Replacement Policy and the Endura product warranty.

The Endura Hummvee Plus MIPS Helmet is a lightweight and compact helmet with a polycarbonate outer shell and a MIPS system that reduces multi-directional impacts. The helmet is certified to CPSC and CE EN1078:2012 + A1:2012 Standards, and it is made of nylon (5%), polyester (5%), polypropylene (15%), polycarbonate (25%), and polystyrene (50%). It is a great value for money and a perfect choice for any cycling adventure, providing comfort, protection, and style.
